What Sessions Are Like
Sessions are private, 1:1, and held virtually via Google Meet or phone. Each 60-minute session is grounded in emotional and nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, intuition, and thoughtful conversation.
We move at your pace. Some days we may focus on regulation and body awareness; other days may center on emotional processing or simply creating space to breathe and be heard.
There is no performance here. No pressure to fix or optimize yourself.
Ongoing work is booked in a defined series, with payment completed in full or through a payment plan.
